UpToDate is an evidence-based, peer-reviewed information resource available via the Web, desktop/laptop computer and mobile device. It covers over 8300 topics in 16 medical specialties. Physician editors and authors continuously review and update contents; an updated version is released every four months. UpToDate is the equivalent of an Evidence Based Textbook, that provides answers about patient care. Any researcher who plans to conduct a trial involving human participants, is expected to register the trial in CTRI before enrollment of the first participant. 1. PubMed Redesign. In the end of October 2009, PubMed - one of the worlds largest indexes to peer reviewed medical journals, underwent a complete redesign. The new interface was launched with the objective of introducing an "easier to use" interface, while promoting scientific discovery. (More details in the NLM Technical Bulletin).
